Efficient staff, accommodating change, delicious breakfast, fresh food, omelets.

Nothing, everything was great.

Locationwise okay.

Complimentary pick up was missing. Hotel staff did not give us the bill for transport. No power on the entire floor from 3.30 am to 5.30 am.

The nearby dhaba cafe is just a short walk away, making it a convenient spot for a trip in the area.

We loved crystal inn. The hotel was not far from Agra Fort train station.

All was perfect.

good location to see the Taj Mahal. The standard of the hotel in general would be good if better maintained. But at least the staff was friendly and tried to accommodate our requests/complaints without arguing and in timely manner.

too expensive and definately not as shown on the pictures. Bed sheets were dirty but at least immediately changed. Breakfast poor and not tasty.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was super clean.

The hotel was a great choice for our New Year getaway. the room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a great variety of tasty dishes. the hotel's location was ideal, close to key tourist attractions and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the rooftop view was amazing and we had a stunning view of the city's skyline.

The only negative aspect was the noise from the busy street below, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the shower water temperature was not consistent and would sometimes turn cold abruptly, making it uncomfortable to take a shower.

The hotel is in a prime location close to popular tourist spots. the hotel offers a decent breakfast spread and the room service was prompt. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
